PNC bank plans to open hours earlier in an effort to reduce customer wait times, according to a memo from CEO Brian Powell.
Powell also said the bank is going to work to streamline its business processes, and will add to its digital offerings.
The memo, obtained by Vice News, was sent to customers Wednesday.
PNC said it will provide a live chat on its website and in person to address any questions they may have.
It also said customers will be able to send a letter to the bank and have a representative pick up the letter and mail it to the customer.
The PNC banking group is expected to announce the bank’s fourth-quarter results this week.
